C4C Version 2 - How to configure Scores in Leads and/or Opportunities?

Regarding new version of C4C, how can we configure Scores in Leads and/or Opportunities?
Refering to this Score, for example:

I can't find useful information in SAP Documentation and I'm even not sure it's already possible to configure this in new version of C4C.
