Hello All,
I have created a KUT field, the requirement is that in the ticket when the user attaches an attachment in the attachment section of the ticket, this field should be updated using workflow logic of field update, can this be achieved functionally through field update workflow logic or any other type of workflow or we need to go for PDI, please advice
