Hi,
On C4C, how do you create a ticket type that is only visible to administrators and not for employees. Administrators would like to open tickets for the employee behind the scene but not have these tickets shown on the employees' ticket overview.
Request clarification before answering.

This can be done as follow:
1. Create a separate business role for employee.
2. Create a new "Code List Restriction" for standard BO Ticket and field "Ticket Type" for Business role created in step 1.
3. create new page layout for tickets UI and adapt the queries in such a way via "Page Layout" that it exclude the tikcet type for employees.
4. Assign this page layout to role created in step 1.
