C4C Ticket summary by customer

Hi,

I got a request that send C4C ticket quantity to related customer weekly, e.g. customer A has 3 tickets with status "Customer action", customer B has 5 tickets with status "Customer action". Send emails to each customer contact with the message that you have xx(number) tickets pending for your action.

The email needs to be sent out weekly and automatically.

How to achieve that? Thanks.

Hi Merry,

You can create an MDRO(batch Job) and schedule it for every week.

In MDRO you can write a code to check the number of tickets for customers and accordingly send an email.

You will have to clearly define filter criteria for the tickets to be considered as this will be a very extensive activity where system will find out the required data and will send emails to customers.
