Hi Guys.
I am trying to use the Add From List (Product List functionality) function in ticket, where in the requirement is when we add an item on a ticket (Items Tab) and click on the Add From List, the system should display to the user's a list of product (Maintained as Proposed Product in the Product List.)
I have :-
1. Created Product list of Type = Service Items.
2. Created a Service Category = Service Items
3. Valid for All Accounts = True
4. Set a Required Product
5. Set Proposed Product & Qty
6. Activated the Product List.
When i go and create ticket and add the item and click on Add from List, the list is blank and it does not display the proposed product.
Is their anything that i am missing here ?

The issue was it with the Cache on my computer. Cleared it and it works.
