Hi experts,
we established a DemandReplication from C4C via own webservice call to external scheduling system. We have created some skills in C4C and added them to the Ticket. Forwarding the "Demand" we can't read the skills in the CRM BO .
How can we read the required skills of a service ticket item ?

Thank you for contacting SAP Product Support.
We have verified your reported issue and found that Item Skill root is currently not PSM released.
Therefore, this field is not available in SAP Cloud Application Studio as well.
Further, we have discussed your requirement with our Product Development Team and got a confirmation that it is not possible at the moment to PSM release the field for customers and considered as a new feature request.
Therefore, we request you to post your requirement at the Cloud for Customer Idea's Forum (https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer)

Our developers monitor this database and try to incorporate these ideas into a future release.
