C4C/Tenant Copy: Copy only data (no solution, PDI, UI, ...) from production to test tenant

Dear SAP Community,

we have a running project on our test tenant with several, impactful changes in customizing, UI, interfaces, PDI, ...

Our basis administration want to do a copy from SAP ERP production systems to SAP ERP test system, before we are able to put our changes from C4C test tenant to C4C production tenant. Thus we cannot do a copy of our production systems into our test system at the same time.

Is it somehow possible to only copy data from C4C production to test tenant, so there's no data incosistency between SAP ERP and C4C?

Hi,

In my understanding this is not possible.

Maybe it is an idea to empty the data from your existing test tenant and run an initial load from your new SAP ERP test tenant.
