C4C Tenant Certificate Due to expire next month

Hello,

Our tenant certificate in production has got an expiry date of 12 Oct 2020. Please can you advise if we need to take any action?

Last year we received email reminders and also there was a wiki page below with details:

But this time we have received no email and I cant see any wiki - do we need any action before or after the certificate expiry? :

Dear samirv,

There is a Business Task management notification that will be triggered for this. It has to be scoped to receive a notification.
You can renew the tenant certificate from Administration WC=> Common Tasks=> Edit cert trust list

Once the tenant certificate is renewed, it needs to be updated in the middleware.

Incase of CPI, it has to be updated in each Iflow where C4C is the sender. If you are using a User to Certificate mapping in CPI, you can just update the certificate in the user mapping.
