C4C Target Group Export for External System

Hi Experts,

is it possible in SAP Sales Cloud to create a target group and export the data to an external system (e.g. send the data of the target group members to CPI like we could do with Open Channel Integration in SAP Marketing Cloud)?

What would be the best way to setup that scenario? At the end we would like to have a CSV file which has to be imported into a third party system to send out emails from that system to the target group members.

Hi,

You can create a new communication arrangement for the communication scenario "Target Group Outbound" in C4C. Here you can use CPI as an external communication system and then get the TG header as well as member detail in CPI as soon as TG is saved(updated/created)

Hi saurabhkabra2009,

do you know if it is possible to restrict C4C in such a way that data is only sent in specific cases (e.g. only if target group has status "active" or something like that)? So, like a kind of filtering in the communication arrangement or something like that?
