C4C system my307032 not available due to scheduled maintenance

the following C4C system is not available since 3 months due to scheduled maintenance (see screenshot below)

How is it possible know when it will be available again?

I believe this tenant might have been decommissioned/deactivated.

Please raise an incident to SAP Support, so that you can get the confirmation.
