[C4C] Surveys - Make Attachments Mandatory

I have a product survey where users need to take a picture of the product with each question, if the product is available of course (Question answered as "yes").

We can add runtime attachments however we couldn't find the option to make them mandatory.

Is there a way to make attachments mandatory?

To have Attachments available in Surveys, you need to enable Attachments in the creation of the Survey:

there is an open influence for that https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/219993/?section=sectionDetails . You can vote for it. The status is accepted, so I believe SAP will do something with that in the future.
