Hello,
I activated the server side integration. When i launch the side pane within my MS Outlook for appointments and tasks the owner/organizer/processor is by default filled with my name.
When i create a visit from the side pane within MS Oultook, the organizer fields like Organizer Name (list), Organizer ID and Organizer Name (text), are not filled with my name.
What is the logic behind this that it is working for tasks and appointments and not for visits?
(No need to share links to old knowledge items as i have read them all ...)
