C4C Special caracters in Product ID

Hello Expert,

I needs to menage product ID like "TRC-LEVA SX" or "RES8E+09". Nowday in Sap S4/HANA they manage this ID, but all this product with these special ID's are in error in the web service monitoring of C4C.

It's possible in Cloud for Service manager this product ID with spaces or "+"?
