Hello,
In C4C, is it possible to have an SMS channel as outbound only? i.e. we want the users to be able to send SMS from C4C from within a ticket but we don't want the possibility that SMS can come into C4C.
The reason I am asking this is because in the following config, I cannot see an option for outbound only :
Administrator->service and social->messaging services->new
(for comparison when setting up email channels there is "channel direction" which has an option for "outbound only" in the following config, I am looking for the equivalent setting in SMS channels that we have for email channels :
Administrator->service and social->E-mail addresses->new)
Request clarification before answering.
