Dear all,
Is it possible to add a personalized signature when sending or replying to a message in C4C service tickets?
Our advisers would like to have that included in 'Signatures' so that when they respond to a customer they can just click on the option without copying and pasting it manually.
Many thanks!

Hello Ivan,
A user can reply to an email via two methods:
1) Using external E-mail exchange server (MS outlook or Lotus Notes)
Users can pre-define their signatures and can include in the outbound email.
2) Reply from web, with in the service ticket.
"Templates" WC view is available inside Service WC. User can maintain personalized templates with their signature inside the Templates section.
While replying to an email with in service ticket, user can select the template to include their signature. User can make changes to e-mail body before sending the email.
Regards,
Kapil
