C4C Service - Design report - Column description missing

Dear Community,

I broadcast a report out of C4C in excel - But when I use Description and ID the 2nd column has no name (marked yellow) - I expect Account ID" to be able to process further in excel without putting a name manually.

Is there a solution to fill in the name?

Hi,

I needed a help..
I wish to include "Finish Work date" and "Notes" section from Sub-Ticket in either Net Placement Report of Ticket Hierarchy Report. Or are these fields available in any other report.

Hi,

I think it is the standard behaviour of C4C display when you select "ID and Description"(i.e. description is displayed without any column header) and this cannot be changed.

As a workaround please pull the account name as well to the report being displayed and place next to the C4C Account ID(change the display type to "ID") column.

Thank you for this information. For account name it may work but not for ticket for example. I hope it will change in future and look more like Business Intelligence.

Hi ossuser.pathprojectteam,

For other fields, you can try below approach.
Usually we have two fields one with keyword ID and one without ID, so in case of ticket, you can use field with names "Ticket ID" and "Ticket".
For one field, display ID only and for other field, display Description only in report.
