C4C Service Cloud: Full time reference with year in interaction grid view

Hi all,

is it possible to change the setting in order to see the time reference for the interactions grid view in tickets with the year and not only like this January 01 at 08:00 AM? See screenshot for an example.

I found a workaround via the list view. In there I see the full time stamp. But it would be great to change the settings, if possible, and shown as well the year in the grid view of interactions.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this is not possible with the current c4c release interaction grid view. TBH, I would even challenge SAP about this being a bug because ideally, they should show the full timestamp but if they donot agree then you might need to raise a idea.

I raised an incident and got the response, that this is C4C standard behaviour as intended. I just was pointed to create an influence request.
