Hello Experts,
Is there any capability in C4C for In House repair orders where we will return the item which was initially sold to the customer, repair it and send it back ?
There is an old thread discussing the same topic but is not closed yet, so I had to post this thread.
If it is still not available then do we have an alternative solution ?

I have verified the same further more and could see that the requirement you are trying to achieve is not possible with the Current available standard solution.

I went through the blog, but what it is referring to is regarding service on the field where there is no return of defective material back in our stock, repair and send it back - the important aspect to consider here is that this return should update special (restricted) stock AND very importantly does not create accounting entries (because it does not belong to us) and this is not possible via normal sales returns.
This scenario is supported in CRM (as In-house repair order) but I have not found any solution in C4C.
Any workarounds or plans to introduce this in C4C as well ? We have thought of a few workarounds but need a confirmation that C4C currently does not support this scenario as a standard solution.
