C4C Sales Quote Document Flow Print Preview Error

Hello everyone!

We are creating external follow-up document for sales quotes in C4C and creating sales orders in ERP. Now we are trying to preview outputs of sales orders from C4C Sales Quote - Document Flow tab. I have maintained necessary comm. arrangements in C4C and SOAMANAGER in ERP side for the purpose.
Now when i click on PDF icon in document flow i get the error as shown below. The output is SapScript form in ERP. Isn't it posible to preview of sapscript forms in C4C with this way or is there any other problem ?
By the way i have selected form type as "2 - PDF" in customization.

Dear Kam G,

C4C support print preview with SAPScript , Adobe Print forms and Smartforms. The error you get is due to missing configuration(mostly if the form type is not assigned to the print output type). If it is assigned and you still get the error - first check if this document can be printed in the ERP side.
