Hi all,
I have to restrict the sales office values regarding the selected sales organization and also restrict the sales groups regarding the selected sales office at customer master data level.
Its working on transaction level by standard ways for example if you select 1000 sales organization then you are able to see the 1000 sales org related sales offices in the respective field. However as far as I check its not possible when I enter sales data on customer master data level. All the sales offices are listed on relevant search help regardless the selected sales organization.
Since they are ( sales org, office and group) not code lists and that's why I can not use code list restriction, I m curious that if is there any standard way to restrict them when I enter sales information for customer master data?

SAP support has answered as shown below:
As we mentioned in the previous update information, that currently the system allows definition of sales office independent of the o
rganizational structure due multiple sales scenarios used.
Thus, in both transaction and master data levels, you can select all the Sales Office regardless the sales organization.
If you would like to restrict the sales office value only regarding to the selected sales organization in the master data, as this is recognized as a new requirement, we suggest you to request the this function for a future release.
To do so, please submit an idea on https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer
The enforceability would be based on the vote from other users and the judgment from product management team.
