C4C Sales: Extraction of customer+contact person+marketing permissions

Hello everyone,

my colleagues from Marketing dpt. are asking for a Excel exctraction with the following content:

- customer data

- contact person data

- marketing permission data (Communication Categories Subscribed)

I have not found a query/report which includes all in one. What is the best way to archieve this?

Furthmore our plan is to make a mass upload of the data. I suppose I have to use Data workbench for contacts?

hi,

First apporoach is to create custom report to combine all this data.

Second approach is to use Dataworkbench with custom oData that reflects all three business objects inside one response.
