my customer asked me if, when creating a contact person manually, it is possible to automatically set the marketing channel permissions and communication type permissions to 'no'.

I need your help there. How do I achieve that?

Hi,

In the quick create screen for contacts, you can set a default value to certain fields via adaption mode
