Hi there, it seems to be not possible to search after customers using the outlook add-in with filter "customer" while using "name" and "city" in combination as search parameters. Exchange integration is done with SSI. Maybe somebody knows a way to do this using the add-in. It works in the Sales Cloud, of course.
