In the Sales Campaigns / Campaign / Overview there is a heading E-Mail Metrics. This has a listing for "Hard Bounce Rate" and "Soft Bounce Rate" amongst others.
On all campaigns this is 0% but if I run the e-mail metrics report it shows that I have bounced emails - and tells me what the bounce is.
How is the % calculated and why is it not working?
