[C4C] Restrict KUT Quantity Field Options

I'd like to create a custom quantity field and would like to restrict the quantity options to 3 - 4 quantity types. Code List Restriction only allows us to restrict code list fields. Is there any standard way to restrict the quantity types in a KUT Field?

Example Case:

Time Quantity field that will only show Day - Hours - Minutes as quantity

Hi Kemal,

You can enter a default unit of measure in the KUT field definition, but then you also have to add a number like 1. The code list restrictions is related to the value fields and not to the unit of measure.

What you could do, if you consider the list too long and you do not use a lot of the units of measure any way, you could decide to deactivate (block) some of them in configuration - Quantities Units of Measure

I do think that it would be a great advantage if only relevant units of measure are displayed related to the type of the created extension field. So if you create a extension field of type date only date related units of measure like minutes, hours, days, year etc. would be displayed and not Gallon, Batch, Crate etc. But that would be an influence.
