C4C Report for Report Utilization

Is it possible to generate a report to see which reports are being used most in our organization. The goal would be to limit the number of available reports to varius business roles to make it more efficient to get to the report that the user needs.

As i was looking for the same kind of information on reports, role assignment and usage, i saw that there is a new data source since 13.06.2023

Name : Business Role Assignments to Analytical Objects

ID : ANABRASGNV

As the business role is in this data source, i can imagine it can be linked to the already existing data sources on roles, users and usage.

From my understanding , there is a report named :Report Assignment Details but this Shows only the history of the assignment of reports to work centers, including change data, assignment details, and whether access to reports is restricted etc and this is part of Data source : Report Assignment Details , but this doesn't show the exact usage details.

You can try checking options of Creating a custom Data source in conjunction with identity Data source to see if you can create a report to full your requirement.

Thank you for the response. I believe that I have tried this report already but I will take another look to see if it can be manipulated to get the information that I am looking for.
