Dear C4C Community,
We encounter the following scenario: because sometimes the business partner replication is not working, we receive emails with status "Application Error" or "Check Incident".
Is there any way to stop this automatic e-mail alert setup?
Looking forward to your feedback.
Best regards,Eli

Hello Liz,
You could try to unsubscribe from the particular type of email notification from the notifications area of C4C.

Can you try that and see if it helps?
If that does not work, then I do not think there is any way to refrain from getting those emails. You could check with C4C support through an incident. Alternately you could setup an outlook rule to automatically delete emails from a particular sender (cloudadmin@yourcompanydomain.com).

Hello Julius,
Thank you very much for your reply, that is a great idea to create rules to delete those emails.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to unsubscribe from those notifications.
I was able to identify the following setting:
First implementation->e-mail and fax settings -> where is maintained the donotreply@ email which is used to send out only this type of notifications -> before it was selected to send out emails only to business partners (changed the setting to send only to a specific email address).
Hope that this will solve my case.
Best regards,
Eli
