C4C Release 2105 - What happened to Microsoft Teams Integration in C4C?

In February Christian Klein (CEO of SAP AG) announced the integration of C4C and MS Teams for sales scenarios as seen here:

It has been announced for Q2 2021.

Having followed the Release Briefing last week, nothing seems to be in the new release.

This is pretty disappointing and more frustrating is the fact that SAP seems to provide no information at all about any delays.

Can anybody share some light on this?

The Microsoft Teams integration will be available as part of the 2108 release of the system.

Hi Guilherme,

as i see the app is not yet published. I'm unable to find it in our MS Teams App Pool either, nor seems to be it released under Teams APPs.

Yes, you are right, but the component in MS Teams App Store is still not available.
