C4C "Transfer" Prospect to SAP MDG Enrich the Data and convert to Customer

Dear All,

So far we have not used an MDG system to convert prospect to customer but only used a third party tool.

Nevertheless I am stuck on the first point, I am not able to see any option to replicate Prospect to MDG from C4C. Am I missing any scoping or fine tuning? Because from SDK I can see there is a "Transfer" button but in UI it is not visible.

Can any one help here?

Hello Dhruvin,

Have you checked the scoping for C4C to transfer the data from C4C to an external system as mentioned in the official guide: https://help.sap.com/viewer/d16cafef8d2447cda9db3d55214e0515/LATEST/en-US/0fb9ded39dfc48d49935615b65... ?

Also once this scopping is done then try to create a new prospect to trigger the replication to MDG provided you have already configured the comm arrangement.

Thanks for this technical document. However While following the same for setting up C4C system I stumbled upon Key Mapping Replication topic but I am not able to find the Relvent Communication scenario/arrangement in C4C!

Comm. Arragement: ID Mapping Replication from SAP Business Suite

That is very strange! do we have to use Manage Object Indetifier mapping but in CPI it is showing another as mentioned above.

Kindly suggest!

Hello Dhruvin,

In order to use communication scenario "ID Mapping Replication from SAP Business Suite", you have to scope the following question:

Integration with External Applications and Solutions --> Integration of Master Data --> Do you want to replicate ID mapping from an external application to your cloud solution?
