C4C Quick View: Add Extention Fields

Dear SAP Community,

is it somehow possible to add extention fields created with KUT to the "New Quick View"? Tried everything but could not find a solution. Somehow it's only possible to add a mash-up.

Hi Christian,

While there is no way to add the field to the section you highlighted, you could try to add the field to any other section in the the quick create view and then try to move it to the section you want.

To move it it, just go to the KUT field and then choose the move button. Then the system will give you a set of sections where it can be moved to.

I've tried this in leads where I move a field from one section to a section that does not have the add field option. However I do not have Registered products in my business scenarios. So I cant confirm if this will work for registered products. But I'm kinda positive it will. Good luck.

Hello, dear Christian,

Notice that it is not possible to add Extension fields directly to the New Quick View. Instead, please add in a standard section (e.g.: Lead Information - attached is an illustration), then click on "move" and select the required section from the drop-down.

About Registered Products screen: anchors needed to extend the screen are not released for the Registered Products Quick View.

This is a decision made by Product Management and needs to be taken as a new requirement. The current expected system behavior is to not allow extensibility of this screen.

My suggestion is to post an Idea to the Product Management onhttps://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer, so they can check the feasibility and plan the addition of the anchors accordingly.
