C4C Project Scope - Error during scope confirmation for S/4 Hana Integration

Hello!

I'm facing an error during the Scope Confirmation in Hybris C4C, we are troubleshooting and double checking the scope, but at the moment we can't find whats wrong.

Error: Value PRD___SERVICE_PRODUCT is missing in Number Range Type. Restore value before finish the scoping

We are following the "SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer" just for these items:

S4HOP-C4C-CPI: Opportunity to Order with C4C Quote (1EI)

S4HOP-C4C-CPI: Service Management (1G7)

S4HOP-C4C-CPI: Opportunity to Order with C4C Sales Order (1RE)

*According to this archive question maybe its related to the scope/questions but we cant identify if exist any dependency.

Dear Juan,

Kindly check whether you have maintained appropriate number range in the Fine-Tuning activity "Number Ranges for Services". If the issue persists even after maintaining the range, then kindly report an incident to SAP.

Hello!

Our issue is solved.

Your suggestion make sense.

But we really don't know what the problem was, basically my team did a double check around the Scope, Questions and Config.
