C4C Product list for Ticket

Hi all,

We want to enable product list only for service scenario. after the product list are set up it should be only relevant for assignment in ticket and it shouldn't affect the sales process sales order etc.

as per the scoping question it says product list should be enabled in sales order. please confirm if there is another scoping of way to restrict only for service?

Hello Sumit,

1.You need to created Product Lists of Type Service Items in master data to be available as 'Add From List' within Ticket's Item.
