C4C Product list for Ticket

Hi all,

We want to enable product list only for service scenario. after the product list are set up it should be only relevant for assignment in ticket and it shouldn't affect the sales process sales order etc.

as per the scoping question it says product list should be enabled in sales order. please confirm if there is another scoping of way to restrict only for service?

Hello Sumit,

1.You need to created Product Lists of Type Service Items in master data to be available as 'Add From List' within Ticket's Item.

AFAIK ,there seems to be dependency for sales scenarios only if you enable the Sales Orders Questions for Sales Orders Group: Product List for Sales Orders. If this si not scoped , then this it will no come in sales orders.

Can you highlight which question are you referring to ?
