C4C Possible to change line-height of mails written out of Tickets?

Hi all,

is it possible to change line-height for Email written within C4C tickets (interactions)?

I just know these two settings, but both of them dont work for a change of the line-height:

  • Profile - Settings - Company Settings - UI Controls (the same setting Arial 12pt I see when writing a new Mail in the ticket, but not field to change line-height)

  • Branding template inside Adminstration - Service and Social Media - Communication Channel E-Mail Addresses - Branding Template linked to Mail Channel

Is it general possible or not? And if yes, how?

Hi Deborah,

It is not possible to change the line height. But why do you want to change this? and to what height you want to change this?

In Fiori client - Ticket interaction, we are using a rich text editor and you can control Font and size of the text using Company settings.

If you select "Enter" in between the words, it considers as a line break <br>. You may see there is bit gap in the line height.

If you want to start in a new line, then you need to select "Shift+Enter" which considers as a new paragraph<p>
