Dear C4C community,
after analyzing the available documentation and blogs about E-Mail Encryption for outbound Mails sent by C4C, I still could not figure out how to set up Encryption for all scenarios.
Our requirement would be to encrypt E-Mails sent by a workflow rule to employees. The chapter "Enabling S/MIME Security" of the C4C Security Guide seems to be the right place to look up information about that. Unfortunately the documentation only provides information obout specified scenarios:

Did you set up the steps above and see of this addresses your scenarios? If yes, could you provide what happens after setting up the steps and then going through steps 1 and 2?
