C4C Opportunity Report with 2 time characteristics

Hello,

I need to create a report in which a manager can monitor (high level) all opportunities of his whole team on a monthly basis.

In one report view he wants to see per month:

1. The number of opportunities created
2. The number of opportunities won
3. Transformation rate of 1 and 2
4. The expected value of the opporutunities created
5. The value of the opportunities won
6. Transformation rate of 4 and 5

Point 1 - 4 do not cause any challenge. I created some additional counters to calculate the rate correctly as it has to be on a monthly bases and not overall.

It is point 5 and 6 that cause challenge. Because the first 4 items can be base on the Opportnity Year Month Creation on date but the last 2 are based on the Close Date (that is set when the status is put to won). The challenge is that a part of the key figures is based on the creation date (Year Month Created On) and that the opportunities won are based on the close date (Close Date).

The two date elements do not seem to be able to go together in the same report. My question is how to achieve the situation where both dates can be used in one overall report and a neutral selection can be made on month year - so that indicates what happened last month in terms of creation and closure.

(no use to reply with all kinds of standard reports that can be used alongside - those reports i all know. The question is how to combine the time characteristics and maybe create another one in just one report).
