C4C Opportunity Interaction Tab available (as in Service Cloud)

Hi all,

in the service cloud there is exists the tab "interactions" in order to write emails to the customer. Does this functionality as well is available in the Opportunities of Sales Cloud?

Wondering, because I cannot find this tab while adapting Master Layout...

In opportunity emails can be written in the tab "Sales Activities" - "E-Mail" - "New"

However, the email recipient cannot be chosen freely - just C4C master data to accounts / contacts or employee can be maintained as email recipient.

Hello Deborah,

I hope you are having a nice week at Gebhardt Fördertechnik.

Currently we do not have this screen available exactly as we have in Tickets scenario. The Tickets are from Service solution and opportunities are from the Sales one respectively. So we have different development teams working with different code dependencies towards different end-user situations. You could create a SAP Customer Influence request here and describe this to see what our Product Managers have to say about it in the near future.

Nevertheless you can currently work with e-mails and opportunities using the ''Activities'' tab, as below:
