C4C Opportunity - Custom role shows an empty list

Hello SAP community,

My client would like to add custom roles in the opportunity 'Involved Parties' section (architect, mayor, business provider, etc.).

I have created the new role. Then, I have added it in the opportunity involved parties.

As a end-user, I can now see this new role. But when I'm trying to add a business partner with this custom rule, there is no choice of BP, the list is just empty (just like the standard 'partner' role for instance).

Would you know why and how to solve this issue?

Hi Maxime,

In the party role definition, Choose the party category as Other Party.

Partner party is specific for choosing Partner and partner contact.
