C4C Offline Mode on Laptop

We are looking for a way to work in offline mode in laptops.

We see there is lots of information on IPAD offline options. Is this available on laptops?

Hi,

No, You cannot directly use offline mode for Laptop.

However if you are a windows user then you can download the C4C app from windows store https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9NBLGGH1NTRS and then use it on the windows machine. In order to make offline test, you can go to profile icon after the initial sync you should be able to select "Go Offline" option.

Unfortunately, I am not sure if same can be done even on Mac as well or not.

I tried to download the app but it does not allow me to install in my laptop which has Windows 10

Hello Saurabh,

is there any other option? Because the windows App is not supported anymore by SAP - so its not updated anymore and in case of errors, those ones will not be fixed.
