C4C ODATA REPORT NOT RETURNING RECORDS

Hello, we followed the steps to configure a custom visits report and expose it through ODATA services; but is not returning any information, just a blank row.

User configuration

We created a new business user C4CODATA1Q and give it permission to the following work centers:

• Analysis
• Business Analytics
• Visits

Report configuration

We created a new report in the Business Analytics work center and assigned it to the Visits work center.

Then we generated the ODATA URL for the report and try to access over ODATA source feed in POWER BI using the C4CDATA1Q.

We only get one empty row of data.

If we test the same report login in to C4C with the same C4CODATA1Q user; we get information with no problem.

Is there any missing configuration or permission to be assigned for the ODATA report access??

I am also facing a similar problem with Power BI, I am unable to fetch all the data into Power BI. A few entries are missing.

In your case try to remove the last query information and also try to execute in OData Console. Maybe you need proper URL to get the data.
