C4C Microsoft Teams integration

The Microsoft Teams integration for sales scenarios is planned for Q2 2021.

In our project we would like to make use of MS Teams once it is ready.

Within our sales process, the sales reps are going to collaborate by using opportunities in C4C. To those opportunities also attachments will be added.

My question is how should we configure C4C so that it is inline with SAP best practice regarding MS Teams - C4C integration.

- Is every opportunity a (sub)channel in MS Teams? or will it be a folder within a MS Teams Channel? How can the authorization managed?

- Can we use MS Teams as document management system (would this be with a mashup form C4C?)

Hi,

As MS Teams integration with C4C is not yet released for customer consumption hence you will not find any information on the web about what are the best practices for this integration or how to configure it or how the integration will look like when it gets released.
