[C4C] Mass Upload for Code List Restriction?

We have a field with more than 300+ code values. We want to use code list restriction to restrict them via a control group (which has another 30+), which means, lots of checkboxes.

Is there a way to create/update codelist restriction in a mass way like csv upload?

In standard there is no possibility to upload directly from CSV.
Nevertheless , once they are maintained , you can transfer them to other system via Transport Management.
