C4C Mashup Request - IP Range

Hi,

We have an HTML Mashup in C4C which calls one of Single-page application that displays information drawn from our other application in a well formatted page.

Now to ensure the Single-page application is protected, we were looking to whitelist IPs from where this page can be accessed, so the question is if there is a range of IP address from which the C4C Mashup request originates? or is this the end-user IP address?

Hello,

Yes you can check the Data Center location of your C4C tenant and then check the IP range for it as mentioned in https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2829404 .

Or you can also check https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2570539 in case your c4c tenants are spread across the globe.

Thanks Saurabh, I would like to check does this apply even for the Mashups ie., are the outbound requests from Mashup screens also go through these IPs?

Hello,

I guess so because mash-up with nothing but an iframe being shown with the in actual C4C. So based on it I would say so.

However, if you want an official confirmation then I would propose you to reach to SAP support to your CSM to confirm about the same.
