C4C Marketing: Delete campaign

Dear experts,

Apparently it's only possible to delete campaigns which have the status 'planned'? Error: "Deleting data not possible; deletion disabled". I've read note 2021594 but that's not a solution.(Also, an idea has already been posted in the past)

Is there any way to delete campaigns with the status 'Active' and/or 'finished succesfully' ?

I understand as a normal user this would be disabled, but as an admin this should be possible?

Hello Van

A campaign can only be deleted with the status "planned". once the campaign has the status "activated" or "finished", you might have created data in the system and the only way is to cancel the same.

Even if you are not going to use this particular campaign anymore, you might need to use as historical data in your reports.

Hi Van,

I'm afraid that even the active and finished campaigns are consumed in the Analytical reports like Campaign All activities etc. and even the historical data could be of use.

I fully understand that the finished campaigns anyway cannot be reopened but is consumed in the Reports for analysis.
