Hi all,
In our C4C tenant, after an e-mail address hard bounces (For example an invalid e-mail address in an executed Campaign), a standard e-mail with Subject "Please check E-Mail Address of Contact with ID " is being sent to ALL users in the C4C system. We want to maintain the recipients of this 'hard bounce e-mail' (So that is only being sent to certain admins for example). Where is this maintained?
The answer is not : Enhanced Campaign Execution Activity: Here you can only set up keywords for e-mail Soft bounces, I don't see an option for recipients there.
