C4C <> S4 | Sales Data Partner Function

Hello together!

if we replicate Customer with Sales Data we get the error:

"Mandatory partner function AG is missing for sales area &2"

The same question was asked five years ago https://answers.sap.com/questions/582501/partner-function-from-c4c-to-s4.html is this CPI Solution still valid, is there no other documentation or solution for this?

I found out you can make changes in Transaction DRFF so the error does not appear, but how is the integration with partner functions planned?

Hi Julian

to cater for a number of data model differences between C4C and S/4 (e.g. reflexive partner functions, address usages, multiple BP roles) there is a setting in S/4HANA on-premises you can check. This is the equivalent to the S/4H Cloud that Can has shared in another comment

Tick the checkbox for "Filter Reflexive Partner Functions" since those are not supported by C4C.

Tick the checkbox for "C4C" to enable C4C specific processing logic for both data inbound and data outbound.
