C4C lotus note install error for version 1802

Hi,

I am trying to install lotus note plugin download from my C4C. The feature version is:features/com.sap.sod.ln.shelf.addon.feature_1802.20180122.1410.jar

I am following the steps here: https://blogs.sap.com/2014/09/30/sap-cloud-for-customer-and-lotus-notes-client-email-integration/

For some reason, after I click finish after selected the zip file, I keep getting error "No acceptable features were found on the selected sites."

Any hints/log I can check to resolve this problem?
