C4C & Linkedin Sales Navigator not saving

Dear SAP Experts,

Our C4C solution is integrated with Linkedin Sales Navigator for accounts and contacts.

The issue is the following:

The sales users can make the account/contacts matches in C4C and save them. However, when they log out (or leave the account sheet), and log in again, the match has disappeared.

They have an account Linkedin Sales Navigator and full access rights.

Do you have any idea about the reason of it?

Hi Alicia,

I recommend that you raise a ticket to the SAP team to check what is happening. Please let me know what the answer from SAP is because it is weird this behavior.

On my side I will look if I found something else.

Hi there,

Maybe you need to enable the browser cookies. Could you try this and let me know if worked for you.

  • Enable browser cookies:
    • For Google Chrome, go to Settings Advanced Privacy and security Content settings Cookies Allow and add [*.]linkedin.com
    • For Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options Security Trusted sites Sites and add http://linkedin.com

Hi,

Thank you for the tips!

We tried to enable browser cookies like you said but it still doesn't work.

The match still disappears when we close the window.
