C4C license for Sales/Service/Marketing (what is included?)

Hello all,

We were not able to find a clear definition of what functionality of C4C can be activated for each purchased license. Is there any official up-to-date documentation for this? We found only some presale powerpoint presentations, but they are not very clear.

To avoid potential problems during the SAP audit it would be nice to have clear definition of what is included in each license.

Can anyone please provide any information on this?
