Hi 'SAP Cloud for Customer' experts,
Would you please help one thing?
When we create a sales order from 'Opportunity' in which many products exists, we want to exclude products of which product status is 'Lost' from 'Opportunity' and add the other products into a sales order.
I'm struggling to find out how to do this.
Would you please help me how to do it?

Hi Joseph,
When you have an opportunity with multiple items and some are lost - and you create a sales order the system automatically provides a message: You can't copy item 10, because reference item is lost. So standard only the won items are copied from the opportunity into the sales order.
In the sales order can always add additional products. There is the Add Products Quick function. When pressing the button you have the option to work for example with the customers Past Orders, Product lists (predefined list with products) for faster order entry.

Actually, we have not only 'Lost' but also 'Changed Part' and custom product status.
Our business don't want to copy products of which product status is 'Lost', 'Changed Part' and custom product status 'Transferred' to sales order. I try to find how to make it possible by changing configuration. Or if there is a way to change warning message to error message for this, e.g) "You can't copy 'Lost' or 'Changed Part' to sales order", it will be best.
If you have any solution for this, would you please kindly help me know?
